This website is operated by Suitebear, a marketing solution of Uncoverin Pte Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Suitebear. The terms “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to site visitors, customers, and any other users of the site. 'Suitebear Platform' means dms.suitebear.com.

1. Refunds and Cancellation

All payments for Suitebear or for services provided via Suitebear are in USD and are non-refundable. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time, but all previous payments are non-refundable and will not be pro-rated. All annual payments are also non-refundable and will not be pro-rated. We also cannot refund usage based billing such as Phone/SMS/Email communication charges.

If you decide to cancel your Suitebear subscription, you will lose access to any and all data inside the Suitebear Platform.

Refunds will not be granted outside these windows from the date of initial purchase, for any reason.

If you wish to cancel your Suitebear subscription (including any service subscriptions) at any time, you can do so by navigating to Suitebear Platform - app.suitebear.com > Settings > Company Billing. You can also retrieve your invoice at this location.

2. Subscription Terms And Automatic Payment

Suitebear user is responsible for paying all sums due to Suitebear in connection with their monthly or yearly subscription in accordance with these Terms. Every calendar month or year, your account will be charged up to the subscription fee plus applicable tax for the following month’s subscription, together with any other fees for the following month’s subscription plus any accumulated charges for the past period (collectively, “Fees”). Failure by the Suitebear user to use any of the services available through the service provided by Suitebear does not relieve the Suitebear user of their payment obligations under these Terms.

Potential users can pay by credit card or debit card. Payment details shall be collected by us through our secure financial data collection mechanism. You acknowledge and agree that we hold data relating to the transaction, including the last four digits and the expiration date of the card used to purchase the products or services together with details on when payment is due. You further acknowledge and agree that payments are due on a recurring basis in accordance with the payment terms for the specific service purchased (unless the subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms) and therefore authorize the automatic payment collection terms applicable to that specific service (e.g., on a monthly or yearly basis and for a specific amount).

3. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial to new users who register with the Site. The account will be charged according to the user’s chosen subscription at the end of the free trial.

4. Failed Monthly or Annual Payments

If you are delinquent on your payments, kindly be advised we will delete the account and any subsequent assets associated with the account after 7 days of delinquency.

5. Access to Suitebear Platform: including all Digital Assets, Funnel Builds, Automations, and Training Materials

With your membership to Suitebear Platform, you’ll receive access to our exclusive Suitebear Digital Assets, Training Materials, CRM Pipelines, and Funnel-related Data tracking tools. This access specifically includes, but is not limited to; Suitebear funnel designs, Suitebear Emails, and Suitebear Automations at no extra cost. We retain the Trademark and Copyrights to all these assets. All of these materials are only permitted for use within Suitebear, exclusively for current Suitebear members only.

This means that everything inside the Suitebear Platform is non-transferable to any other outside Platform or funnel builder. The use of Suitebear training materials outside of Suitebear membership or sharing of any kind without our consent is strictly prohibited. In addition, the Suitebear support are for current Suitebear user only.
